ROLE PLAY “NEED ASSESMENT”

When she came home from school, Suci felt unwell. Cold sweat came out of her body
and she felt pain in the left side of his stomach. Finally, Suci was taken by her mother to
Elisabeth's hospital. At the polyclinic, his mother filled out the data for the Examination.

Nurse A : Good afternoon mom, what can I help you?

Mother : Afternoon Nurse, I want to check condition of my child.
Nurse A : Have you ever been treated at Elisabeth hospital before?
Mother : Not yet, Nurse.

resultscame out and she got typhoid.

Nurse A : Mom, from lab results, Suciget typhoid.

Suci : Is that right?
Nurse A : Yes, Suci, the disease is quite severe.
Mother : You will care for a few days here, no problem right?
Suci : Yes Mom.

Three days later, after being hospitalized, the condition of MissSuci had improved and
the nurse returned to check condition of Miss Suci. Then the doctor decided that Miss Suci was
declared to have recovered, so she was allowed to go home.

Suci : How nurse, can I go home?

improved, you are allowed to go home.
