1. Affected by the proposed market and terminal construction( for linabo

relocation) proposed City Hall construction (for Mullhall Relocation)
and Highway National road widening (for kayam relocation)
2. Must be an underprivileged and homeless citizen, as defined in
Section 3 of R.A. 7279
3. Must be a Filipino
4. Must not own any real property whether in the urban or rural areas
5. Must not be a professional squatter or a member of squatting
syndicates.
6. Live in cramped conditions
7. Have a medical condition made worse by home
8. Must not be an owner of any land or real estate in El Salvador City or
elsewhere as certified by the Office of the Assessor or Registry of
Deeds;
9. Married with age from 18 to 50 years old
10. Is a bonafide citizen or a resident of el Salvador City for at least 5
years
11. Gross monthly income of _______
12. Head of the family
13. Live in government property
14. Living in danger areas (esteros, landslide prone, garbage dump,
riverbanks shorelines and waterways) and public places (sidewalks,
roads, parks and playgrounds).
15.First priority – those landless who are presently renting houses or
apartments.
16. Second Priority – those who own houses but whose land they are
occupying are not of their own.
17. Must not be a beneficiary of any housing project and/or lot acquisition
program from the government or any private entity.
