10 unbelievable facts about

Donald Trump
At this point I don’t know if any facts about Donald Trump are all that unbelievable to the
average American audience. He has made some pretty stupid remarks during his run for the
US Presidency and his actions have sometimes spoke even louder than his words.

While he may be a billionaire real estate magnate, he is also a polarizing figure who has made
disparaging remarks and taken remarkable actions against women, the elderly, and pretty
much everyone else in-between.

Here are 10 unbelievable facts about Donald Trump.

He Tried To Bulldoze An Old

Lady’s House
In 1994, The Donald decided the Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino was in desperate need of a
parking lot built specifically for limos. An elderly widow named Vera Coking, lived at the
proposed location of his parking lot. Trump used eminent domain to condemn her house but
ultimately the Institute of Justice got involved and Donald Trump didn’t stand a chance.

He Said Military School Trained

Him Better Than Soldiers
Donald Trump doesn’t have a great track record with US soldiers and this statement pretty
much perfectly sums up his views on the US military. He told a biographer that his time spent
at the New York Military Academy provided him with “more military training than a lot of
the guys that go into the military.” I’m pretty sure there are some angry Marine, Army, Navy,
and Air Force guys who would 100% disagree with his ignorant claim.
He Once Said He Would Date
His Own Daughter
Donald Trump appeared on an episode of The View in 2006 and he spoke openly about his
daughter and whether or not she would pose for Playboy. It was a bit creepy for Donald to
say she has “a very nice figure. He then added “If Ivanka weren’t my daughter, perhaps I’d be
dating her.” Sure he didn’t actually say he wanted to date her directly, but he strongly implied
it

He Created A Horrendous
Vodka Brand
Donald Trump has no problem making some incredibly verbose claims about his own
products and Trump Vodka was no different. In 2006, he claimed that every bar in the country
would soon be selling “Trump & Tonics” and “Trump Martinis.” He also said it would
compete with Grey Goose and “demand the same respect and inspire the same awe as the
international legacy and brand of Donald Trump himself.” It tasted like absolute garbage and
failed almost immediately

He Created a Board Game and it

Was the Worst Game Ever
In 1989 the Donald Trump board game was announced. There was already a top selling real
estate game, you may have heard of it — Monopoly. It didn’t help that the game attempted to
pitch the grandiose lifestyle of Trump, in which you “pay for everything you want to own.”

Here’s the awful commercial which foreshadowed just how awful the game actually was.
He examined all Miss USA
contestants to pick the most
attractive ones in his opinion
Donald Trump believed that the Miss USA pageant contestants should conform to his own
ideas of beauty. According to former contestant Carrie Prejean, Trump personally evaluated
women for attractiveness. It’s apparently called the Trump Rule, and it has made quite a few
women cry.

He Sued Bill Maher Over A Joke

When Donald Trump offered to give $5 million to a charity of President Obama’s choice if
the President produced a real birth certificate or travel documents providing he way
American, many people cringed.

Bill Maher joked that he would donate $5 million to a charity of Trump’s choice if he could
produce a birth certificate that showed he was not in fact a “spawn of his mother having sex
with an orangutan.”

When Trump proved Maher wrong, the comedian didn’t pay. Trump eventually withdrew the
lawsuit.

He Demanded That Five

Innocent Men Be Executed
In 1989, Trump paid for full-page ads in four major New York newspapers which demanded
the death penalty be reinstated. Trump wanted the state to punish five men convicted of
raping a Central Park jogger. It turns out all five men were innocent. He later called the
settlement the men received for more than a decade of wrongful imprisonment a “disgrace.”
He Didn’t Think Mike Tyson
Should Go to Jail For Rape

Boxer Mike Tyson was convicted of raping 18-year-old Desiree Washington in 1992. Donald
Trump said that, rather than going to prison, Tyson should be able to pay “millions and
millions of dollars” to victims of rape. Trump justified his action by saying “a lot more people
will benefit by what I’m saying than by throwing a man in jail, virtually with no money —
because by the time this ends he won’t have any…”

He Wanted To Reform Party Girls With Reality TV

In 2007, Donald Trump tried to build a reality show with Fox called Lady or a Tramp. Hard
partying girls would be sent to charm school to learn, “the finer points of skills like flower
arranging and needlework.” He said the show would be like a real-life version of My Fair
Lady.
