ICH-3-Assessing Your Inner Ages

"What prevents us from maturing in certain areas of our life is

that we have some need we want to have met before we grow
up. This is a trap because if we grew up and matured, the need
would naturally be met." ~ Chuck Spezzano

It is common to be successful in some areas and stuck in

others. We stop growing in certain areas of our lives when we
do not fully process a problem or trauma from our childhood or
teen years.

Unprocessed pain from the past can arrest or slow our

progress forward. The following intuitive exercise will help you
to discover the various stages of maturity that you are in -
within various areas of your life.

We will have trouble succeeding in the areas of our life where

we are emotionally encapsulated in the past. We may be an
adult chronologically but often we are a child, teenager or
young adult in some areas of our life.

Contemplate the areas of life where you feel younger than your
chronological age. Knowing the ages that you are stuck in will
support your ability to focus love towards the aspects of
yourself that are are still hurting from the past.

Intuitively ask yourself how old you are in the following

categories. Be as honest as you can, staying compassionate
with the truth that most of us are emotionally young in some
areas, and we all need love and healing in some way.

How old are you...

1. Emotionally?

2. Psychologically?

3. Mentally?

4. Physically?

5. Success?
