REQUIRMENT FOR ESTABILISHIMENT OF WAREHOUSE AS PER COCA-COLA COMPANY

STANDARD FOR PREFORM, SHRINK FILM AND STRETCH FILM MAKING PLANT

 FLOORING
The floor should be leveled and after that grey color epoxy has to be done, that is easily cleanable
and will help to have a clean warehouse floor, since hygiene is one of the important factor to meet
Coca-Cola standard.

 FLOOR MARKINGS
Operating areas, stocks, Spare parts, Finished, products allocating areas etc. should be
separated by yellow marking line that will help the workers to act accordingly for safe operation

and not to mix up everything.

 ROOFING
The roof should be integrated with sufficient number of corrugated transparent sheet to get
sufficient light for day hour’s operation.

And also steel structure should be painted with anti-rest as attached picture color that will
protect corrosion and will help us to have a clean atmosphere inside the warehouse.
 LIGHTING

There should be sufficient florescent bulbs every two meter which is hanging on the top of
the roof with a guide rail that will help night time operation to be safe.

 PIPING
Piping lines should be properly fixed on the wall of the warehouse as per attached pictures.
 ELECTRICAL CABLE INSTALLATION.
Fixed on the wall with perforated cable try ducts as per attached Picture location root will be
depending on our warehouse setup.

 OPEN UP STRUCTURE.
Depending on the size of the machine (Incase of Preform making line), we need to open roof
of warehouse with support of I beam as per plant lay out will be supplied by supplier.
Supporting I beams should be painted with gray color anti rest and at the bottom after anti
rest should be painted with yellow color as per attached picture.
 OPERATION OFFICE & QUALITY CONTROL
One of the requirements but in case of our warehouse will be built based on the setup we have.

 HAND WASHING CLASS

Factory workers washing bay, workers needs to wash hands at entrance before starting job.
 CHILLERS & COMPRESSORS SHADE (HOUSE)
 WAERHOUSE ENTERNCE
Should be covered by transparent sliced plastics sheets that will protect dust from outside
surroundings.

 ELECTRIC CONTROL PANEL

 PAINTING
Wall and roof painting should be in grey color.
