FUSILLI PASTA WITH
POMODORO SAUCE

INGREDIENTS
 ½ Garlic
 2 tomatoes
 1 onion
 1 red pepper
 Cheese 45g
 Fusilli pasta
 Tomato paste 75g
 Honey Bacon 120g
 Salt
 Pepper

1) Boil water for 5-10 minutes, add ½ tablespoon of salt
and 2 tablespoons of oil.
2) While boiling, slice the bacon into squares. Mince the
garlic and onions, slice the red peppers into fine stripes
and chop the tomatoes.
3) When the water is already boiled add the fusilli pasta
and stir so that the pasta is cooked evenly.
4) If the pasta is cooked take it out from the pot and drain it
make sure to leave a portion of the boiled water for later
use.
5) Use the pot to cook the bacon stir until crispy and take it
out after.
6) Now add garlic on the excess oil coming from the bacon,
then add onions, stir for a while then add the red
peppers, stir again and lastly add the chopped tomatoes;
(the red peppers and tomatoes must be added last to
remain its freshness)
7) For the starchy goodness of the pasta add a small
amount of the boiled water to the pot, stir and then add
again.
8) Add tomato paste on the pot stir and add the remaining
boiling water.
9) Add salt and pepper for taste.
10) For the bacon to last its crispiness add it after stirring the
tomato paste.
11) Turn of the stove and then add the fusilli pasta and stir
until all is coated with the sauce
12) Now for the plating apply the pasta in a clean
plating/container and add cheese for the toppings
