DISCUSSIONS

Conclusions/Implications (for your profession):

Today, use of technology is increasing. When the principal support the use of

technology, teachers use efficiently. I have seen that, technology helps to teach
students and it increases the productivity of teachers. As a school leader, we should

be familiar with technology so we can help teachers and students how to use

technology and get benefit from it. The school leader should find the solution to train

teacher how to use new technology.

REFLECTIONS

Student’s Reflections (changes to your understanding; implications for your

school/work):
I was thinking I can use technology for communication and during the lecture. But I have

seen that technology can assist us everywhere. The problem is how to use technology

and the aim. As a school leader, we have duty to teach how to use technology to

teachers and students. If we use technology to make our class very active students can

enjoy and understand a topic. We should not think a learning new technology and the

use technology is individual work. The school leader should train the staffs and students.
