Roster Live

The Biomanager polls the time clock and generates T&A file. The Rosterlive microservice adapter picks
the file with swipe details, process it and sends it to Emp Live system.

Implementation Steps

 Pick up files from \\corp\ESB$\ESB\PROD\internal\rosterlive\BiomatchToRosterLive\source

 File name as “filename - transaction_YYYYMMDDHHMMSS.csv”
 Transform the files
o Split out ENG times
o Reformat
o Rename
 Send the files to Emp live system sftp://ftp.emplivecloud.com/Unprocessed/?
 Move the files to NAS audit \\Corp\ESB$\ESB\PROD\audit\rosterlive\BiomatchToRosterLive
 File name as “Filename - clockings_YYYYMMDDHHMMSS.csv”
 Retain the audit files for 24hrs

Excess Baggage
The Excess Baggage Adapter picks the files with swipe details from Bio manager, process it and send it to
NAS location. The Rocade support team picks it up and sends it to Payroll repository (ADP)

 Pick up files from \\corp\ESB$\ESB\PROD\internal\rosterlive\BiomatchToExcessBaggage\source

  File name as “filename - transaction_YYYYMMDDHHMMSS.csv”
 Transform the files
o Reformat
o Rename
 Send the files to \\corp\ESB$\MSG\FromESBtoExcessBaggage
 Move the files to NAS audit \\Corp\ESB$\ESB\PROD\audit\rosterlive\Biomatchtoexcessbaggage
 File name as “filename - concatenate_YYYYMMDDHHMMSS.csv”
 Retain the audit files for 24hrs
 Rocade support team picks the file and sends to Payroll to ADP source repository

Ground Ops Rostering

The Ground Ops Rostering adapter pickups file with swipe details from Bio Manager and transfer the
files to Ground Ops Rostering application. Additionally these files are picked up from Roster Live
application and send to Qantas.

 QMFT picks up files from

 Transfers to Qantas “sftp://jetstar_rt_p@qf-ftp.qantas.com.au:./Swipes_RO”
Ground Star Rostering Real-time
The Ground Star Rostering Real-time adapter pickups file with swipe details from Bio Manager and
transfer the files to Ground Star Real-time application.

o Combine files
o Group by Port
o Split by Port

 Move the files to NAS audit
