Consume always complex carbs such as fruits and veggies. Remove or at least lower
the consumption of omega-6
fats which are contained in soybean oil and corn.

Use butter from grass-fed beef or olive oil instead.

A better option is consuming animal fats because they contain less than 20 percent
of omega-6, which leads to lowering the chances of getting an inflammation.

Saturated fat is not the only one that causes heart problems. Get the science out
of your head.

The best advice is to eat the foods your grandmother cooks, not the one you get
from the local market which contain manufactured foods.
