ORDER:

In the G.O. 1st read above, the Finance (HR.I-PLG. & POLICY) Deptt., issued
guidelines for transfer of employees for 2019. The existing ban on transfer of
employees is relaxed for the period from 25th June, 2019 to 5th July, 2019. In para
4 of the said G.O., it was mentioned that revenue earning departments like
Transport may devise their own transfer guidelines relevant to their Departments
subject to the guidelines in the G.O.

2. In the G.O. 2nd read above, orders have been issued extending the relaxation
on ban on transfers up to 10th July, 2019.

3. In pursuance of the orders issued in the G.Os 1st and 2nd read above and
after consideration of the proposal of the Transport Commissioner in his letter 3rd
read above, Government hereby order the following transfers and postings of
Deputy Transport Commissioners, with immediate effect.
