MORNING OFFERING

O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys and suffering of
this day. For the intentions of Your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass
throughout the world, in reparation for my sins, for the intention of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass

general mission and intention recommended for this month, especially (intentions will be read by the
leader).

Preserve us, O Lord, from all the dangers of soul and body, and by the intercession of the glorious and
Blessed Mary, the ever Virgin Mother of God, of blessed Apostles, Peter and Paul, of St. Vincent de
Paul and St. Louise de Marillac and all the Saints. Grant us health and Peace. Amen.

PRAYER TO THE GUARDIAN ANGEL

Angel of God, my guardian dear, to whom God’s love commits me here, ever this day be at my sight
to light and guard, to rule and guide. Amen.

PRAYER FOR DELIVERANCE FROM CALAMITIES

Almighty Father, we raise our hearts to You in gratitude for the wonders of creation of which
we are part, for Your providence that sustains us in our needs, and for Your wisdom that guides the
course of the universe.

We acknowledge our sins against You and the rest of creation. We have not been good stewards
of nature. We have confused Your command to subdue the Earth.

The environment is made to suffer our wrong doing and now we reap the harvest of our abuse
and indifference. Global warming is upon us, typhoons, floods, volcanic eruptions, and other natural
calamities occurring in increasing number of intensity.

We turn to You our loving Father and beg forgiveness for our sins, we ask that we, our love
ones, and our hard-earned possessions be spared from the treat of calamities, natural and man-made.
We beseech You to inspire us all and grow into responsible stewards of Your creation and generus
neighbors to those in need. Amen.

3 O’CLOCK PRAYER

You died, Jesus, but the source of life flowed out for souls and the ocean of mercy opened up for the
whole world. O fountain of light, immeasurable Divine mercy, cover the whole world and empty
Yourself out upon us.
O blood and water which flowed out from the heart of Jesus as a fountain of mercy for us, we trust in
you.

Holy God, holy mighty One, holy Immortal one, have mercy on us and the whole world. (3 times).
Amen.

Jesus, King of Mercy, we trust in you.

PRAYER OF A STUDENT

Lord, true source of light and wisdom, give me keen sense of understanding, a retentive memory
and a capacity to grasp things correctly. Grant me the grace to be accurate in my explanations and the
skill to express myself with thoroughness and clarity.

Be with me at the start of my work, guide its progress and bring it to completion. Grant this
through Christ, our Lord. Amen.

PRAYER BEFORE TAKING THE EXAMINATIONS

Heavenly Father, I praise and thank You for all the blessings You have given me as a student. I
pray to You, in Jesus name, to send me Your Holy Spirit to inspire and enlighten me as I take my exams.

Remove from my heart all anxieties and fear. Give me a keen understanding, a retentive
memory, and the ability to comprehend the test questions and answer them correctly.

Help me to successfully finish it according to Your holy will in the mighty name of Jesus our
Lord. Amen.

PRAYER TO THE HOLY SPIRIT

Breathe in me, O Holy Spirit, that I may think what is holy.

Guide me, O Holy Spirit, that I may realize what is holy.
Attract me to you, O Holy Spirit, that I may love what is holy. Strengthen me, O
Holy Spirit, that I may defend what is holy.
Defend me, O Holy Spirit, that I may never lose what is holy.
