Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956 - Section 8 - Powers of

natural guardian - Sale of property of minor by natural guardian without
previous permission of Court - Where father dies leaving behind only
minor daughters and their mother as natural guardian, share of
daughters became definite and question of family partition retaining
character of Joint Hindu Family property does not exist - Sale deeds
executed by second respondent in favour of first respondent shall
become voidable at instance of minor- Appellant and proforma
respondents - Impugned judgments and orders passed by trial Court,
First Appellate Court and Second Appellate Court set aside - Suit decreed
in favour of appellant and proforma respondents - Appeal allowed. (Paras
