At CRED, you will learn and collaborate with team members from Google, Flipkart, Mckinsey,
Myntra, Sequoia, Go-JEK, Grab, Ixigo, Amazon and Uber.
You will work in a high growth early stage environment with constant change and chaos. We are

As a part of Performance Marketing team, you- ll be solving the critical growth problem for
CRED. We- d love for hustlers who have chased down audacious performance marketing goals
in the past to apply.
You'll be:
- Owning the whole digital acquisition piece for CRED across all channels like Facebook,
Instagram, Google, etc and be responsible for cost and performance targets
- Working closely with the Partnerships, Product and Design team to create the growth strategy
- Running 10's of exciting experiments on growth and strategy to help chart out future business

The offline team is trying to achieve PhonePe's goal by onboarding every merchant across
country to accept PhonePe. We at Sales capability team are building a sales training engine
which will enable the sales team to do their job effectively.
- Make sure the team is aware of the product enhancements and new features
- Monthly planning of training calendar in liaison with sales capability manager and region sales
manager
- Work closely with leadership, marketing and sales operations team to suggest/implement new
strategies

Training delivery:
- Should have total 5-6 years of experience with at least 2-3 years as a sales trainer
- Should have worked on various training tools to make learning more effective
