CRED - Performance Marketing Role (2-5 yrs)

CRED is a community of the most creditworthy people in India who manage and pay their credit
cards while unlocking rewards from a wide collection of premium brands. CRED has raised a
seed round of $25 million USD led by Sequoia Capital, Ribbit Capital and 4 other investors.

At CRED, you will learn and collaborate with team members from Google, Flipkart, Mckinsey,
Myntra, Sequoia, Go-JEK, Grab, Ixigo, Amazon and Uber.

You will work in a high growth early stage environment with constant change and chaos. We are

As a part of Performance Marketing team, you- ll be solving the critical growth problem for
CRED. We- d love for hustlers who have chased down audacious performance marketing goals
in the past to apply.

You'll be:

- Owning the whole digital acquisition piece for CRED across all channels like Facebook,
Instagram, Google, etc and be responsible for cost and performance targets

- Working closely with the Partnerships, Product and Design team to create the growth strategy

- Running 10's of exciting experiments on growth and strategy to help chart out future business
strategy for CRED

You have :

- 2-5 years of performance marketing experience in a fast paced start-up

- A combination of analytical and creative thinking

- Passion & hustle to take on & solving big problems

- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment

- Willingness roll up your sleeves and execute as opposed to creating strategies

yrs)

About the role :

The offline team is trying to achieve PhonePe's goal by onboarding every merchant across
country to accept PhonePe. We at Sales capability team are building a sales training engine
which will enable the sales team to do their job effectively.

What will you do?

- Own sales training piece for the region

- Enable field sales executives to do their job effectively

- Make sure the team is aware of the product enhancements and new features

- Be aware of knowledge level of the region by conducting regular assessments

- Spend at least 40-50% of time on field to handhold low performers

- Highlight key areas of improvement at people/processes/product level

- Monthly planning of training calendar in liaison with sales capability manager and region sales
manager

- Work closely with leadership, marketing and sales operations team to suggest/implement new
strategies

Designing content:

- Regular assessments for the region

- Content for training modules of the region

- Design new training modules to increase efficiency of sales team

Training delivery:

- Own New hire onboarding for the region

- TTT for managers to enable them to coach their respective teams

- Drive rigorous process adoption among the team

- Handholding low performers through OJT

What you should have?

- Should have total 5-6 years of experience with at least 2-3 years as a sales trainer

- Good facilitation skills


- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- Should have worked on creating content for his/her training modules

- Prior exposure to any sales role would be an added advantage

- Should be comfortable with OJT as well as in room trainings

- Should have worked on various training tools to make learning more effective

- Should be well versed with MS office

- Knowing multiple languages from your region would be preferred

- Should be willing to travel to different cities of his/her respective regions
