Madam:

Greetings of peace and goodwill!

Relative to the permit provided to me to conduct TESDA trainings on weekends and summer
periods (copy attached), I am writing this letter in order to humbly ask your permission to
allow me to engage in a part-time teaching stint at the Buenavista Community College,
Buenavista, Bohol during weekends. I am Fernando B. Enad, a Secondary School Teacher II
at San Agustin National High School, Sagbayan, Bohol. Prior to my employment with DepEd
six (6) years ago, I used to work as College Instructor at Informatics College Cebu, so
teaching in the tertiary level is a part and parcel of who I am today as a basic education
teacher.

More than a source of additional income, I consider this stint as another path for
professional growth which will be essential in my continuous development as a Senior High
School teacher. Rest assured that under any circumstances, I will always prioritize my DepEd
duties and responsibilities over my part-time engagements.

Anticipating for your positive response on this request, it is my wish to request your good
office to please issue me a permit relevant to the matter.
