Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Locals / Expats)


To maximize sales and achieve pre-determined targets, working Chef de Partie (Locals / Expats)
closely with Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue- You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the
generating departments. Responsible for sales team coordination department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies
including administrational tasks, timely reporting, business analytics and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner
and marketing support. Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in expectations. Minimum 2 years work experience as Chef de Partie or
Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work 3-4 years as Demi Chef de Partie/Commis in a hotel or large
experience as Sales Executive in hotel operations. restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a international brands. Qualification in Kitchen Production or

To conduct cleaning duties in the assigned Place of Work, and provide
