SCOPE OF WORK
The various activities broadly involved in the above saidservices are:
(A) Planning and Co-ordination
i) Planning, scheduling and implementing constructionprograms to complete the project in time.

chart’.i i ) T h e P M C S s h a l l s t u d y a n d s c r u t i n i z e t h e d r a w i n g s submitted by the Architect and
those from the contractorand point out discrepancies, if any, and submit its views to the Client and also to ensure
incorporation. PMCS shallc o o r d i n a t e t h e t a s k s w i t h t h e a r c h i t e c t , c o n t r a c t o r a n d agencies engaged in
providing various services.iii) Documentation of all project related matters,
includingm i n u t e s o f d i f f e r e n t m e e t i n g s a n d c i r c u l a t i o n o f s u c h records.iv) Preparation of periodic
reports relating to time, costand quality including verification of bills.v) Ensure that the Client and the Contractor abide by
theConditions of Contract.v i ) P M C S s h o u l d g i v e t h e q u a r t e r l y B u d g e t r e q u i r e m e n t forecast over the whole
project period at the
beginninga n d u p d a t e d e v e r y q u a r t e r . F o r t h i s t h e P M C S s h a l l prepare a program in
PRIMAVERA and regularly update itwrt
the baseline.v i i ) P r e p a r e d r a w i n g s c h e d u l e a n d f o l l o w u p w i t h t h e c l i e n t / a r c h i t e c t s /
s e r v i c e p r o v i d e r s a p p o i n t e d b y t h e client for all schedules and related matters.viii) Check the adequacy of drawings and
details.ix) Check the BOQ specifications, contract documents anddeliverables.

i) The PMCS should settle the Final Bill within six monthsafter completion of
Project.x i i i ) S h a l l b e r e s p o n s i b l e t o m a i n t a i n t h e d a
y t o d a y consumption of cement for the work at site and shall seet h a t t h e
cement used in work is as per the
t h e o r e t i c a l requirement.xiv) Shall be responsible for completion of
project as
pers c h e d u l e d t i m e s t i p u l a t e d i n a g r e e
m e n t w i t h t h e contractors.x v ) S h a l l p r e s e r v e f i e l d b o o k s
and measurement bookss u p p l i e d b y c l i e n t i n s a f e
custody and shall return
thes a m e d u l y c o m p l e t e d a n d s i g n e d
t o c l i e n t a f t e r completion of project or as advised by client.xvi) Shall
maintain cement register, steel register,
dailyl a b o r r e g i s t e r , d r a w i n g r e g i s t e r , h i n d r a n c e r e
g i s t e r , register for payment of advances and recoveries,
registerf o r r e c o n c i l i a t i o n o f m a t e r i a l s t o f a c i l i t a t e r e c o v e
ries,r e g i s t e r f o r m o v e m e n t o f f i e l d b o o k s / m e a s
urementbooks, site instructions book, diary of w
