Course Description

General Description:

This is an introductory course for understanding human resources. This course will provide an
understanding of concepts and techniques that are essential for proper functioning of human
resources. It will help to develop and improve understanding of human resource management
concepts like recruitment and selection, performance and appraisal management, training and
development, compensation management etc.

After the successful complication of this course students will be able


 To provide understanding of Human resource management.
 To learn and understand different concepts and techniques of HRM.
 To learn about job analysis and job description.
 To understand concept and process of recruitment and selection.
 To understand performance and appraisal process, training and development process,
