Defined terms used in the FOIA requests.

Prospect Family project refers to Louisville Metro Housing Authority case #19-CAT3-0014
CNI program refers to the Choice Neighborhoods Initiative as set forth in the webpages of the
U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) which are accessible through
https://www.hud.gov/program_offices/public_indian_housing/programs/ph/cn
Beecher Terrace refers to that part of the Russell Choice Neighborhood Initiative as detailed on
the webpages of the Louisville Metro Housing Authority, and accessible through 
http://www.lmha1.org/hope_vi/choice_neighborhoods/choice_faq_1_15_15.php and on the
pages attached hereto.
1. Records that indicate the proposed Prospect Family project will comply with federal

THE REQUESTER requests a waiver of all fees for fulfilling this request. Disclosure of the
requested information to me serves the academic and educational interest in the planning and
implementation of the Prospect Family project, and of the public choice economics issues that it
presents.

Disclosure of the requested information to me is in the public interest because it is likely to


contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations or activities of the government
in respect to the CNI grant/s for the demolition of public housing, the redevelopment of the
Beecher Terrace neighborhood, the development of replacement housing outside the target area,
and the relocation of residents. These records are not for use commercially, and are not for use
in my commercial interest.
