Howdy-doo to you too, and thank you!

One thing the Northeast Montana Fair should always
remind us of is the essentials of agriculture vital to our
existence of a thriving community here, whether it be
ranching or farming or a variety of both. Yes, while those
in the ranching life were found at the rodeo and the
upcoming short few days of 4-H livestock involvement,
those in the other ag department are now keeping an
eye on perfectly straight lines of harvest. Neufeld Farms,
home base in Larslan, have quite an investment in leased
property in the area, this being south of Glasgow where
it looks to be a bountiful yellow pea harvest. Weather
conditions favorable, they were probably running well
into the night while the party at the fair was winding
down. One thing about it, northeast Montana can boast
of the best farmers in the world. When crops are ready
to cut, even the Northeast Montana Fair doesn’t get in
their way! God Bless our agricultural producers, keeping
the economic wheels turning here in northeast Montana.
