Terms and conditions for plane spotting activities at Bucharest Henri Coanda

International Airport

During plane spotting activities, you have the following obligations:

 To perform plane spotting activities only in the areas designated for this purpose, in the landside
(public area) near the airport perimeter;
 To wear the identification and access badge in a visible place at all times you perform your
activities, to behave in a civilized manner, and to strictly respect the area designated for this
purpose;
 To return the identification and access badge issued by airport administration in the original
condition;
 Not to deteriorate the facilities in the area;
 Not to abandon or leave bags, luggage, parcels, etc. unattended;
 Not to receive into custody bags, luggage, parcels, etc. from anyone;
 To respect the indications given by the security staff present in the respective area;
 To announce the Security Dispatch (tel. 021.204.11.05/021.204.14.05) at least 15 minutes prior
to the start of your plane spotting activity, as well as its ending. When and if possible, you
should state the approximate duration of your activity;
 To immediately announce the Security Dispatch (tel. 021.204.11.05/021.204.14.05) or the
security staff in the respective area concerning any suspicious activities, persons or vehicles
noticed during plane spotting activities;
 Not to enter the airport restricted/security restricted areas if you are not authorized in this
respect;
 Not to film or photograph the security personnel within BHCIA nor their work points, as well as
the areas where video cameras or security equipments are located.
 To provide to the airport administration, upon request, the images taken and use the materials
only in the stated purposes;

NOTE Airport administration reserves the right to forbid plane spotting activities for defined
periods of time. The restriction period will be announced on the airport’s website 5
working days beforehand, when and if possible.

REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE IN A SENSITIVE AREA OF THE AIRPORT AND YOUR
ACTIONS MAY DISTURB CIVIL AVIATION ACTIVITIES ON BUCHAREST HENRI COANDA
INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.

I took note of the above mentioned rules and I will behave in strict compliance with them during plane
spotting activities on the airport premises.
