to four story tuck-under, five-over-two podium, and multi-family modular construction
 Develops land plans and three-dimensional building models for city entitlement packages; drafts technical
building details for both schematic and design development phases; including but not limited to unit and
site plans, elevations, sections, persuasive diagrams and drawings with intent
 Coordinates communication between clients and consultants; i.e. landscape, civil, structural and MEP;
