The Scooter & Service Superlow
Series stands for an individually
configurable vehicle concept,
which fully follows our in-house

developments and conceptions in
terms of design and technology.
Based on frames of the widely
used Vespa PX model series, our
metal workshop produces com-
plete custom Vespa projects in
vintage design of the ‘60s that
are equipped with powerful
engines and high-quality sus-
pension components already in
the basic configuration.
With hundreds of individually
choosable options each Super-
low Series vehicle becomes a
distinctive one-off from our
manufactory.

Mit einem Klein-Kredit im

bewaffnet beendete Wolfgang
Riehn, genannt „Wolle“ im
Jahr 2000 seineKarriere als
Rockmusiker und gründete
Scooter & Service in einem
8qm großen Ladenlokal in
der Hamburger Innenstadt.

Fasziniert von der kreativen

Spielwiese „Vespa“ und inspiriert
von der britischen Scooter-
tuning-Szene der 90er Jahre
entstanden in der Scooter
& Service Werkstatt schnell
die ersten Umbauprojekte
und Eigenentwicklungen: attitude & style

Der „Mini-Laden“ platzte schon
im ersten Jahr aus allen Nähten...

Nach zwei Umzügen in den die als weltweit erste Vespa

folgenden Jahren schuf mit einer Leistung von über
Wolle in den mittlerweile auf 50PS von der internationalen
600qm angewachsenen neuen Presse gefeiert wurde und bis
Räumlichkeiten des Betriebes heute einen Meilenstein in der
die legendäre Vespa 250N, Vespa Tuningszene darstellt.

as a rock musician in 2000 and
founded Scooter & Service in
an eight square meter shop in
2007 ­downtown Hamburg, Germany.
Fascinated by the creative play-
ground “Vespa” and inspired by
projects and in-house devel-
opments quickly arose in the
Scooter & Service workshop: The
­“mini-shop” was bursting at the
seams in the very first year ...
After 2 moves in the follow-
ing years, Wolle created the
large new premises of the
company, which was celebrated
by the international press as
the world’s first Vespa with an
output of more than 50hp – until
today a milestone in the Vespa
tuning scene.

Werkstatt mit 10 Hebebühnen,
Leistungsprüfstand und
Zerspanungsbereich verfügt
Scooter & Service über
eine hauseigene Metallbau-­
Abteilung, in der sämtliche
Schweiß- und Blecharbeiten
rund um den Themenbereich
Vespa durchgeführt werden.
Ein Ladenlokal mit einem gut
sortierten Bestand an Vespa
Ersatz- und Tuningteilen
rundet das Gesamtbild ab.

inevitably led to a profession-
alization and expansion of the
areas of activity within the
Vespa workshop over the time.
In addition to a fully equipped
workshop with 10 hydraulic
ramps, dynamometer and
machining area Scooter &
Service has its own metal con-
struction department, in which
all welding and sheet metal
works around the subject Vespa
are carried out.
A shop with a well-sorted stock
of Vespa spare and tuning parts
completes the overall picture.

Schweiß- und Blechabteilung
werden Schweißarbeiten im
MAC- und WIG-Verfahren für
Bauteile aus Stahl, Edelstahl
und Aluminium sowie sämtliche
Blech- und Verzinnungs-
arbeiten durchgeführt.

Hier entstehen unter anderem

die handgefertigten Scooter &
Service Auspuffanlagen, Einzel-
und Sonderanfertigungen aus
Metall und die lackierfertigen
Chassis der Superlow Series
Custom Vespa Baureihe.

Moderne Maschinen und

aufwendige Vorrichtungen für
die Blechbearbeitung sucht man
hier vergeblich: Die Scooter &
Service Werkstatt funktioniert
als echte Manufaktur mit rein
händischer Herstellung aller
Teile und Komponenten.
