INTRODUCTION
 Britmindo prides itself on
Establised in 2004 to provide services dedicated to
improving the Indonesian Mining Sector, the Britmindo
Group of Companies has grown to become a multi
disciplined provider of services in many aspects of
mining and related activities.
Over the last ten years, Britmindo Group has evolved to

Britmindo Group has a significant presence in Indonesia,
having its main office in Jakarta and operational office in

Britmindo started with 8 personnel in 2004 and now it
has grown to over 150 workforce personnel. Britmindo
recently completed a significant group milestone in the
completion and relocation to its own three-storey

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
 Alan has been employed in the open cut mining industry
for over 45 years, working for both mine owners, mining
contractors and more recently as a consultant. His
experience has been gained in the UK, Australia, Vietnam
and Indonesia. Although he has been involved in the
extraction of minerals and precious metals most of his
career has been in coal mining. For over 20 years Alan
has been working in Indonesia, and held positions as
General Manager of a mining company, Advisor to the
Board of Directors for PT Pamapersada Nusantara,
Indonesia’s largest mining contractor, and Operations
ALAN NYE Director at PT Berau Coal before establishing PT
President Director PT BRITMINDO Britmindo. Alan is a Chartered Engineer who has
presented many papers and publications on mining
issues. He is a Member of the Institute of Civil Engineers
(MICE) and a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of
Mining and Metallurgy (FAusIMM).

Terry has been working in Indonesia for 20 years and

prior to joining Britmindo had 10 years experience
working for a major international contract mining
service provider in a number of key senior management
roles up to Operational Mining Manager. He has an
intimate knowledge of the Coal Mining industry and has
been involved at a number of significant Indonesian coal
mines as well as dealing closely with major international
mining companies operating in Indonesia. Terry has
worked extensively in the Coal Industry in the UK,
Belgium, Australia and Indonesia. Terry is significantly
involved in the compilation of JORC Compliant Reserves
Report on Coal Deposits. He holds a Diploma in
Engineering from Doncaster College of Mines, UK, and is
a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and
Metallurgy (MAusIMM).

Achmad has been working in the Indonesian Coal
Mining industry for over 25 years. He has held senior
positions whilst employed by PT Berau Coal, PT Arutmin
Indonesia and PT Mincom Indoservices. During his
career he has either managed or contributed
significantly to numerous exploration programmes and
studies related to geological modeling, resource
estimations and assessments for many Indonesian coal
mining companies. He is acknowledged as an industry
expert in Mincom use and applications. Achmad
graduated from Padjadjaran University, Bandung,
Indonesia, majoring in Geology and is a Fellow of the
Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy
(MAusIMM), PERHAPI, CPI-IAGI. He is qualified to sign off
on statements of coal resources and reserves in
compliance with the JORC, and KCMI Codes.
Stephen has several years experience in coal mine
project development and management in Indonesia and
more recently with Britmindo developing green field
open cut coal project sites providing operational
support for existing clients. Stephen has over 20 years
experience in Indonesia and completed numerous due
diligence site appraisal and efficiency reviews for
existing mine operations and mining contractors.
Stephen has undertaken Advanced Diploma courses in
Applied Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Land Survey &
Marketing and is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia providing
integrated support between clients and site based
operations.

Dody has been working in the Indonesian Coal Mining
industry for 17 years. He has significant experience in
coal plant operation and maintenance and has worked
for BHP Minerals Indonesia, PT Suprabakti Mandiri, John
Holland Construction Indonesia and Leighton
Contractors Indonesia.
During this time he has contributed significantly to the
design and construction of major coal processing plants
in Indonesia and Australia. He is experienced in the use
of software packages for the operations and
maintenance of fixed plant.
Dody is a Mechanical Engineering graduate specialising
in Maintenance and Repair from Brawijaya University,
Malang and is a Member of the Australasian Institute of
Mining and Metallurgy (MAusIMM).
Eka Budi has been working in the Indonesian Coal
Mining industry for over 9 years and has significant
experience in the management of operation and
engineering teams including short and long term mine
planning, drilling blasting and productivity evaluations
of coal reserves for many companies. He is experienced
in the use of most major mine planning and scheduling
systems and undertaken mine design and project
evaluations within Indonesia, Australia and UK.
Eka Budi graduated from University of National
Development “Veteran”, Yogyakarta, Indonesia and is a
Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and
Metallurgy (MAusIMM).
 David is the Technical Advisor managing the Business
Development Division providing integrated support
between Clients and Britmindo personnel. David also
manages the GIS and Legal Department within
Britmindo and has over 7 years working experience in
Indonesia. David has carried out many analytical studies
DAVID NYE on major greenfield and operational coal mines, mining
contractors and the coal chain logistics in Indonesia
Director PT BRITMINDO during his time working for Britmindo. David has a
background in Land Surveying and GIS and is also
certified in Project Management.

Yudha is a qualified Advocate who graduated from

Trisakti University in 2005. He has worked as a Lawyer
and Legal Advisor in various law firms and companies in
the field of business of legal litigation, property and
telecommunication solution before he joined the mining
industry. He worked for Leighton Contractors Indonesia,
YUDHA RAMON Indo Tambang Raya Megah (ITMG:IDX) and joined
Britmindo in 2012. Yudha has significant knowledge and

changes.

Yudha has a great experience in litigation and dispute

resolution. He has been involved in business disputes,
criminal litigation and also arbitration. During his tenure
with Britmindo, he has represented Britmindo clients in
legal cases whilst also conducting legal due diligence
and legal background reviews on behalf of Britmindo
Clients.
