INTRODUCTION

What is the impact of the training process on school administrators’ use of
iPads for administrative tasks and personal organization in their professional
duties?
Purpose of the research:
The purpose of the research is to determine how school administrators use
iPads for their professional duties and the potential effects on their work-related
tasks and personal organization.
METHODOLOGY
What is the methodology for the research or approach used to understand
the issue? Provide information regarding the following:
Participants:
Elementary and secondary principals and assistant principals working in the
public charter school were the target population for this study. 51 subjects were
selected through a purposive sampling from this target population.
Procedures:
Training was delivered to participants and through an interactive webinar
session. The training of school administrators included topics intended to develop
iPad skills and use certain workflow, note-taking, calendar, productivity, file-
sharing, remote-desktop, presentation, and screen-sharing applications covered
specifically from a principal’s perspective.
Data Collection Methods/Data Source:
Data is collected with two survey tools which are pre-survey and post-survey as
a questionnaire system hosted on the university's server and an online managed
data collection mechanism.
Data Analysis:
School administrators were additionally requested to assess the preparation
procedure that they took an interest in during the investigation. A larger part
(81.08%) reacted that they might want to keep getting preparing and assets on
the utilization of iPads for regulatory assignments and educating. Moreover,
48.65% of members found the instructional meeting and the assets gave
subsequently "extremely valuable," trailed by 43.24% discovering them "helpful,"
and 8.11% discovering them "fairly helpful."
RESULTS
Findings or Results (or main points of the article):
School administrators revealed that iPads were viable instruments for
regulatory undertakings and individual association. Results too propose that
school overseers in this investigation had positive perspectives with respect to
capability of iPads' present and future use in the study hall by educators.
Besides, the preparation procedure had a positive impact on the school
chairmen's improvement of iPad aptitudes and learning.
DISCUSSIONS
Conclusions/Implications (for your profession):
The importance of technology for the organization especially for schools cannot
be overestimated. Effective use of technology is significant for school
administrators for today’s school administrators. They are expected to formulate
and communicate a vision for technology by promoting and modeling the
frequent and effective use of technology for learning.
REFLECTIONS
Student’s Reflections (changes to your understanding; implications for
your school/work):
As school leaders, principals should embrace technology in their schools.
Principals should be providing necessary technological items in the classrooms
to enhance student engagement and learning. In order to achieve that school
administrators themselves should use trainings to develop themselves and
domesticate their knowledge in this aspect.
