Introduction

There have been modern approaches that exist in the present. One of them is the hybrid
Approach, a combine instructor-led class with online elements. Hybrid learning benefits learner,
instructors and training organization. Its main principles include face-to-face classroom
instruction. The main focus of this study is to investigate its effectiveness to the students’
performance in their academic. This proposal aims to create an innovative classroom
instruction for basic education.
