Subject: Regarding delayed release of stipend.

Respected Sir,
With all due respect , we students of M.Tech (batch 2018-2020) want to inform
you that we are not getting our stipend in time and the situation is so worse that even the stipend
of May 2019 has not yet been released. The stipend of the months October, November and
December 2018 has been released for 2017 batch but for 2018 batch the stipend is still due.
As you know we all M.Tech scholars are highly dependent on the stipend for our financial needs.
So if we do not get the due stipend in time we will not be able to submit our fees for upcoming
semester on time.
Please fix a particular date for the release of stipend of every month.
Kindly look into the matter at the earliest , we will be highly obliged.
