• Plans Resort operations,
ensuring that guests receive
warm, friendly and efficient
service at all times.
• Establishes personal guest
contact and promotes feedback.
Proactively anticipates guests’
needs and requirements.
• Maintains a high level of
communication and feedback
within the departments
• Assure the ordering and
purchasing for Food & Beverage
and vending. Assure F&B
inventories, accurate stock
summaries.
• Responsible for staff training
and development
