DEED OF EXTRA JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT

OF REAL PROPERTY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That We, RENE G. HABITAN; DANILO G. HABITAN; FARAH H. BOQUILA; ESTELA HABITAN;
LORENA H. DURANA; ORO G. HABITAN and NOE G. HABITAN; all of legal age, Filipinos, with
residence and postal address at Somal-ot, Casiguran, Sorsogon, UNDER OATH HEREBY VOLUNTARY
DECLARE AND MAKE MANIFEST.

That we are the only surviving legal HEIRS of LEONCIA G. HABITAN, who died at Casiguran,
Sorsogon on March 29, 2010.

That the deceased died without any WILL or TESTAMENT and without any outstanding debts in
favor of any persons or entity, and the same was the declared owner of a certain parcel of land, more
particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land, situated at Somal-ot, Casiguran, Sorsogon, containing an area of

ONE HUNDRED SIXTY SEVEN (167) Square Meters, more or less and designated as Lot
No. 132. Bounded on the North by Lot No. 131; on the East by Lot No. 134; on the
South by Lot No. 133; and on the West by Camposano St. Declared under A.R.P. No.
2014-04-0020-00009 and valued at Php. 20,207.00”

The pursuant to Sec. 1, Rule 74, of the Revised Rules of Court, subject however to the liabilities
imposed by Sec. 4, of the same Rule, by these presents, We do hereby settle, divide and adjudicate unto
ourselves the property above-described.

That the above-described property is not registered under Act. 496 no under the Old Spanish
Mortgage Law and the same be registered under Act. 3344, as amended.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We have hereunto set our signatures this ____day of _________, 2019,
at Casiguran, Sorsogon, Philippines.
