The site is located on the 30 mtr wide road along the Maharajganj UP
Delhi border in Ghaziabad.It is slightly off the extremely busy
highway and is surrounded by settings of Corporate Buildings and
serves to cater to the residential area around it.

INTRODUCTION:
ü This mall is one of the shopping malls in the National Capital
Region (NCR). It contains studios of many famous designers
in Delhi apart from housing regular apparel brands. This
mall also has an IMAX theater, the second in India and fifth
in Asia. It is basically a shopping megamall, multi cineplex,
amusement park, food plaza, night spot, corporate center
and a star hotel rolled into one.

ü The Pacific Mall at Delhi has a huge atrium and wide


frontage. These combine with a broad lobby and remarkable
height to base ratio to create a feeling of spaciousness . It
has 3 floors including the basement. Covering about 5,00,000
square feet and designed by renowned architect Hafeez
Contractor, the mall is a beautiful edifice. The total
investment in mall is around 75 crore.
