CARA PEMBAYARAN CASH KERAS: Persyaratan KPR
• Booking Fee Rp. 5.000.000,- (tidak mengurangi harga jual) • Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) dan berdomisili di Indonesia.
• DP 30 % dibayar 7 hari setelah Booking Fee. • Umur minimal 21 tahun, pada saat kredit berakhir maksimal 55 tahun (pegawai)
• Pelunasan 70 % dibayar max. 30 hari setelah Booking Fee. dan maksimal 60 tahun (profesional/wiraswasta)
• Memiliki Pekerjaan dan Penghasilan Tetap sebagai pegawai
tetap/wiraswasta/profesional dengan masa kerja/usaha minimal 1 tahun (pegawai)
Ketentuan Umum :
Kelengkapan data KPR untuk Karyawan:
• Booking Fee Rp. 5.000,000 tidak mengurangi harga jual. 1. Photo berwarna suami /istri : 2 (dua) lembar 
• Booking Fee hangus dengan alasan apapun. 2. FC KTP suami /istri : 2 (dua) lembar 

• Berkas KPR diserahkan paling lambat 10 (sepuluh) hari setelah pembayaran booking fee. 3.

FC NPWP : 2 lbr
FC Kartu Keluarga : 2 (dua) lembar 
• Persetujuan plafond kredit sepenuhnya merupakan pihak bank dan apabila terjadi penurunan 5. FC Surat Nikah / cerai : 2 (dua) lembar 
plafond kredit maka konsumen bersedia menambah uang muka. 6. FC Kartu Pegawai : 2 (dua) lembar 
7. Surat Ket. Kerja ( Asli + FC ) : 2 (dua) lembar 
• Apabila pengajuan KPR ditolak oleh pihak bank , maka booking fee hangus dan uang muka 8. Slip Gaji 3 bulan ( Asli + FC ) : 2 (dua) lembar 
dikembalikan penuh setelah unit terjual kembali. 9. FC SK Pengangkatan Awal & Akhir ( Untuk PNS ) : 2 (dua) lembar 
10. FC Rekening Koran tabungan ( suami + istri ) : 2 (dua) rangkap 
• Apabila Konsumen mundur sepihak, maka DP dianggap Hangus.
• Pembayaran dianggap sah apabila sudah menerima kwitansi dari pihak developer.
Kelengkapan data KPR untuk Pengusaha/Profesional:
• Persetujuan KPR dan besar angsuran serta biaya KPR ditentukan sepenuhnya oleh pihak Bank.
• Harga sewaktu waktu dapat berubah tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu. 1. Photo berwarna suami /istri : 2 (dua) lembar 
2. FC KTP suami /istri : 2 (dua) lembar 
• Seluruh informasi, ilustrasi dan spesifikasi yang tercantum dalam materi promosi ini adalah 3. FC NPWP : 2 lbr 
benar sampai flyer ini dicetak. Flyer ini beserta isinya bukan bagian dari kontrak tertulis atau 4. FC Kartu Keluarga : 2 (dua) lembar 
5. FC Surat Nikah / cerai : 2 (dua) lembar 
alat pembuktian hukum. Perubahan dapat terjadi sewaktu-waktu tanpa pemberitahuan dahulu 6. FC TDP, SIUP SKDU: 2 (dua) lembar 
dan merupakan hak penuh pengembang. 7. Surat Izin Praktek : 2 (dua) lembar 
8. Laporan Keuangan (6 bulan terakhir) : 2 (dua ) Rangkap 
