This guarantee is provided for Single Sheet Corrugated manufactured by Kingspan Yapi Elemanlari
Taahhut San. Ve Tic. A.S. (Herein after as the ‘KINGSPAN').
The company warranties that the Single Sheet Corrugated painted with ( PVDF) for
steel is 0.70mm– galvanized 275G/m2 period of 20 years for environment as described in specifications
# 10077-9-3SS-ATPR-00001 & 10077-9-3PR-G01-00001.
The company also warranties that Single Sheet Corrugated delivered by the company are manufactured
in compliance with the relevant effective standards applicable to steel quality, degree of hardness,
gauge, shape, physical and geometrical properties and strength, and that without any need of more
protective treatments, the Single Sheet Corrugated for a period of 20 years from the date of installation,
will resist the effect of the environmental conditions at the plant location (CAIRO) and will not lose their
structural strength or will not be deformed to such an extent that they would not be able to protect
against weather conditions.
Defects that are caused by improper use are excluded from the warranty. Proper use or proper
operation Is understood to be operation of the product under the conditions described in the
documentation of the product. The limited warranty does not include the restoration or reimbursement
of customer equipment Or hardware that may be damaged due to defected Single Sheet Corrugated.
KINGSPAN shall not be liable for the lost profit or operating disruption or other loses resulting from the
necessity to replace the Single Sheet Corrugated and perform the repair. In case of Single Sheet
Corrugated replacement the color difference is permissible which corresponds with the change of the
panel Single Sheet Corrugated original color caused by the effect of weather within the warranties
named above and described in detail below, the warranty shall be carried out by Repair or exchange at
the discretion or KINGSPAN. Defective parts shall either be repaired or be replaced with new or as
good as new parts where there are material and/or workmanship results. The limited warranty includes
the workmanship required to install the repaired or exchanged parts.

The value of the warranty service is always limited to the value of the defective product.
The defective parts removed from a product as part of a warranty case shall become the property or
K IN GSPA N and shall be retained by for KINGSPAN if necessary.
