Policy Recommendation :

 Employee engagement in most of the employees are not very high, Organization must look into
it. A large number of young individual are not much excited about their work
 Turnover intention is somewhat not so desirable while majority of respondent believe that staff
remuneration policies help in reducing turnover of employees.
 Early Job starter are in a hunt to search for a new Job. As evident from results,a large number of
people ranging experience between 0-2 years are in Job hunt and want to quit their Jobs.
Organization should design such policies which discourage this attitude.
 A large number of people believed that rewards and recognition should be spotted immediately
which eventually add value to organizations.
 A large number of audience in our survey believed that Performance evaluation system should
be fair enough to gauge their performance but high P value of PAS and Staff evaluation depicted
that people are not satisfied with the current PAF methodology or mechanism. PAS should be
modified in the organizations so that It entails fair treatment for all which ultimately healthy for
organization.
 After applying statistical inference, we found out that our model is not a perfect fit and only
accounted for 19 % of the fitness of data. which is also evident from OV Test as the result
of F statistic indicated the same.Some other variable should also be included in the model in
order to increase the efficiency of data
 Shapiro–Wilk test implied that our data is not normally distributed
