products, and that the business itself as the leading bakery in Butuan City that promotes
local products.

Our mission is to:
Produce freshly baked bread and pastries from appropriate selection of ingredients to
refinement of baking processes
Bring as much creativity to food, so that customers find enjoyments in our products
Create an inviting and warm ambiance for our customers to have a comfortable
experience
C. History
I-Bake Bread & Pastries, formerly a franchise of “Pan de Pugon”, was established in the
year of 2007 by Mrs. Jennifer L. Lim. After 7 years of its successful operation as “Pan de
Pugon”, they decided to discontinue the franchise and produce and sell their own products
under its current name. The business mainly produces homemade breads and pastries but
they also serve meals, snacks and beverages. In its nature of business where a lot of its
competitors offer commercialized products, I-Bake Bread & Pastries gives its best to serve its
customers with quality local products that makes it stand out among the others.
II. CONSULTING ENGAGEMENT OBJECTIVES
The role of the management consultancy is to provide an independent, objective advisory
and consulting service which is designed to add insights and supplement essential
information that will leverage the plans that the entity is considering. It helps a business
achieve its goals by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to analyze, evaluate, and
quantify the risks and rewards associated to the actions the management is currently
planning.
The activity will only be limited to consulting and advisory services which will chiefly
rest on inquiry, observation, market research, and analysis. The consulting services are
merely designed to create a Feasibility Study and not to impose any unwanted authority
upon delivering the service together with the output.
The study will involve, but not limited to, factors such as technology, risk, operations,
and business, provided that it will be significant in the study: Development of
Commissary Operations.
III. SCOPE OF CONSULTING ENGAGEMENT
The scope of the Management Advisory will be limited to the development of a
Feasibility Study, specifically to help management acknowledge different factors that will be
significant in the development of commissary operations.
