2.1 General Description

2.2 Process Description

2.2.1 Pure Water Treatment System

Pure water treatment system includes raw water storage tank,raw water pump,sand filter,active
carbon filter,sodium filter,micro filter,ro system,uv sterilizer,ozone generator,ozone mixing
tower,pure water storage tank,SS 304 pipes,fittings,valves.
The raw water pump the water from raw water storage tank into the filters and ro system.The uv
sterilizer is for water sterilization and the ozone generator and mixer tower is to make the water
fresh and shelfife time.The pure water storage tank is for pure water storage tank for beverage
processing system.

2.2.2 Bottle Blow Molding System----6000BPH

Bottle blow molding system is including fully automatic blow molding machine,preform automatic
loader,high pressure air compressor system,low pressure air complressor system,Air storage
tank,Air dryer & filter,chiller,moulds for bottles.
The worker put the preforms onto the preform loader,the machine will feed the preforms
automatically and heat & blow to bottles.The air compressorsys supplys the air system to the blow
molding machine.The air dryer & filter is for compressor air dryer and filter.And the chiller is for
cooling the bottle mould.

2.2.3 Bottle Filling Packing System

Bottle Filling Packing System includes Air conveyor system,Air conveyor joint part,bottle water
washing filling and capping machine with cap loader,light check,bottle dryer,automatic sleeve

labeling machine with steam shrink tunnel,steam generator,ink jet printer,automatic shrink
packing machine with tunnel,conveyor system with motor.
After the blow molding machine makes the bottles,the air conveyor will send the empty bottles into
the filling machine.The bottle washing filling and capping machine will wash the bottles,fill the
bottles water and cap the bottles.then the bottle dryer will dry the bottle for labelling.Then the
labeling machine will insert the pvc label onto the bottle and shrink the label onto the bottle.The
ink jet printer will print the production date and batch no onto the bottle.The shrink packing
machine will pack the bottles in 3X4 & 4x6 package.Then the workers carry the package into final
product store.

Appendix 4 Installation, Limits of Supply, Exclusions, General

4.1 Installation Mate rial


4.1.1 We have included in our scope of supply all required installation materials for the
interconnecting pipe works of the process equipment. This material includes as well
all required material (stainless steel) for the pipe track construction.
4.1.2 Public medium of the pipe material is also included, like steam,raw
water,compressed air,
CIP pipes..
4.1.3 Included are insulating materials of manufacture plant but not including all building
works and materials.
4.1.4 Tube temperature requirement as list
①Steam:carbon steel pipe/5cm aluminium silicate/0.3mm SS skin metal
②Ice water: carbon steel pipe/5cm polyurethane/0.3mm SS skin metal
4.1.5 The installation material is comprises
①All the stainless steel pipework according to ISO 2037, material AISI304 in
different widths DN25 to DN200 for process and CIP pipework, according to agreed
PID. AISI316L for concentrate acid/caustic pipe.
②Stainless steel pipe fittings as welding bents 90, T-pieces, threaded parts, conical
liner, slotted round nuts, special flanges, blank flanges according to ISO 2037
③Stainless steel supporting pipe dimensions 100×50×2,50×50×2, 40×40×2,
mounting

④Compressed air, the installation of process water material is stainless steel 304, steam
installation materials and cold water installation materials is seamless steel pipe.

4.2 Mechanical installation
4.2.1 Parts of the plant will be pre-assembled in GUOLE’s workshop. The pre-assembled
plant parts, e.g. valve blocks, flow plates, units etc. will then be inter-connected to
the relevant pipe-work and equipment on site, according to agreed P&ID’s and
layout drawings.
4.2.2 The mechanical assembly will be carried out by a GUOLE installation team
controlled by a BIHAI project manager, including equipment positioning, adjusting of
components, their connection assembly and energy/product integration. The
quotation for the GUOLE mechanical installation includes travel expenses,
accommodation, daily expenses and insurance.
4.2.3 The price given for installation is based on continuous working, normal working
hours, clear and unrestricted access to all working areas.
4.2.4 GUOLE installation staff must abide the buyer’s regulation.
4.2.5 Working Hours / Access to the plant
①We have assumed 6 days / week and 8 hours per day.
②To enable the plant included for in our proposal to be installed and
commissioned, the following has to be approved

4.2.6 GUOLE requirements:
①Clear and defined scope of work must be agreed before contract signing, any work
outside of this scope of supply will be dealt with as a variation to contract and
invoiced separately.
②Before commencement of work the site must be in such a condition that the
installation can be safely and efficiently carried out, that access into and onto all
working areas of the site are free of obstruction and solid and compacted for the
ingress of plant and equipment.
③Before our installation engineers arrived, the buyer need to ready for them in
advance of living areas, including accommodation, food, etc.
④That any special floor finishes are protected prior to commencement of the installation by the
buyer.
⑤Work by other parties employed by the client, such as building and secondary work,
shall be performed without interruption to our installation and that raw product and
services (water, steam, compressed air, etc.) are available to us upon installation
completion for commissioning without delay or interruption.
⑥Plant and machinery that GUOLE has to connect to but not in GUOLE supply will be
off loaded and positioned by others, not by GUOLE. Details of connections for such

plant & machinery must be made available to GUOLE and full scope of works
agreed, prior to commencement of installation
⑦Additional journeys to and from project site or waiting time due to delays caused by
the Client or others employed by the client will be paid and invoiced separately.⑧All
delivered material has to be stored by GUOLE in the storage area provided by the
client and goods made available for checking by the client if they require.
4.3. Limit of Supply
4.3.1 GUOLE responsible for providing the processing equipment design project.Equipment is in
place,
installation, debugging and commissioning, shall be the responsibility of the GUOLE company, but
is limited to within the scope of supply.
4.3.2 GUOLE delivers and installs only the equipment and interconnecting piping and cabling to the
equipment listed in GUOLE proposal and satisfies the basic function of the system. Other
material or equipment not specified is not GUOLE‘s responsibility and not GUOLE’s scope.
4.3.3 The buyer is responsible for introducing the utility system location designated by GUOLE, and
will provide the MCC ark of electricity led to the GUOLE company. With compressed air, water
and steam pipelines, equipment provided by the GUOLE company.GUOLE company provide
pipeline will follow the layout. Pre-treatment area within the production workshop all the utilities
facilities by the GUOLE company. If no clear room boundaries, near by the process the estimated
boundaries.
4.3.4 GUOLE will label the flow direction and power cable by various colors for all process
and utility pipes.
4.4 Exclusion
4.4.1 Civil, building and structural works.
4.4.2 Maintenance equipment by buyer
4.4.3 Fire protection equipment, small power and lighting.
4.4.4 Specialist hygienic internal chemical cleaning.
4.4.5 Removal/disposal of redundant plant and equipment unless otherwise specified.

4.4.9 Utility equipment, reducing station unless otherwise specified

4.5. General Notes
4.5.1 Design information provided would remain the intellectual property of GUOLE and must not be
passed onto a third party without GUOLE’s prior consent.
4.5.2 Pipework costs quoted within this tender are based upon the specified flow sheet. When plant
locations, pipework specifications and process flow sheets are approved, we reserve the right to
adjust the price for this element, should they differ significantly from those upon which this tender
has been based.
4.5.3 The prices are based upon GUOLE receiving the complete package order.
4.5.4 If installation labour, included all machinery, is supplied by the Customer, GUOLE
reserves the right to reject any unsatisfactory labour or equipment.The resulting
travel expenses to be borne by the buyer.
4.5.5 Note GUOLE reserves the right to use local material and equipment, where this
does not affect the normal use of the Contract equipment, under confirmation from
Buyer. This includes tanks, butterfly valves, cable, pneumatic tube and other
equipment etc.
4.5.6 Supplier information and type of equipment are only for reference. The equipment will be
delivered with the same quality and performance.
4.5.7 GUOLE will be fully responsible for material supply in GUOLE scope of supply to make sure in
that there should be enough material on site for installation without any stop, this entails excess
materials to be delivered by GUOLE to site. GUOLE has right to get all excess materials back.
These materials remain GUOLE property.
4.5.8 The Seller will release the ownership of the contracted goods or work to the Buyer only when the
payment 100% down.
4.5.9 The Buyer has to supply a safe and lockable store for all installation material supplied by Seller.

4.5.10 In case any obstacles or restrictions caused by the Buyer affecting


productivity of installation will occur we will indicate waiting times and times for re-
arrangement of machines to your project
supervisor and charge the costs separately according to real expenditure. The agreed
deadlines for termination of installation may therefore be prolonged accordingly.

Appendix 5 Commissioning, Acceptance and Technical Service

GUOLE is responsible for commissioning, test of the pretreatment system for this project in the
contract, but limited within the scope of supply only.
5.1 Dry Testing
5.1.1 Dry testing of the Works can commence only when the following activities have
been completed:
①installation of process pipework
②site wiring work
③compressed air mains tested and charged
④electrical power is available to the control panels, pumps and equipment
5.1.2During this phase, the following work is carried out
①all motor drives checked
②rotation of all pumps checked for direction
③The above work will be carried out by GUOLE personnel. Local maintainer and
operator staff, provided by the Buyer, will be seconded as a working member of our
Commissioning Team, working alongside and under the guidance of our personnel.
This will enable the maintenance staff to become familiar with the plant and
conversant with fault finding procedures, etc. The Buyer has to name one person in
charge who is responsible for dealing serious problems named by the responsible
GUOLE project engineer.
④When the testing of the process pipework is completed, testing of all the new
product and CIP routes covered by this proposal will be checked to ensure that they
function correctly.
⑤This work will be carried out by our personnel, but again with the assistance of the
Buyer’s electrical maintenance staff as required.
5.2 Water Testing

5.2.1 Water testing of the Works can commence only when the full services are
available, i.e. steam,
water, etc.
5.2.2 On completion of dry testing the works are wet tested. During this period, process
and CIP routes
are checked for leaks and proven their correct operation using water as process
liquid. This work will be carried out by our personnel, but with the assistance of the
Buyer’s electrical / mechanical maintenance staff. Absolutely necessary is that the
Buyer’s operators for the plant will be in this team from this time on.
①The pipework is cleaned by water flushes.
②Automation programs are tested with water for their correct function.
③CIP is started and all routings should be cleaned by running automatic programs
before start of product tests.
5.3 Product Test
5.3.1 After the wet testing the product tests will start. For the final adjustment of times, flow-rates and
modulating valves. It is necessary to make some tests with juice.
5.3.2 Note
The commissioning is based upon a single visit by GUOLE commissioning engineers. If for any
reasons beyond GUOLE control, repeated visits are required, there will be additional to the
contract.
5.4 Handing Over
During the test GUOLE will make some further optimisations. If this period takes
longer time, because GUOLE does not have access to the plant as the Buyer is
operating the plant, GUOLE reserve the right to charge extra costs for the
commissioning team. Now the handing-over starts. During a period of some weeks
one part of the plant after the other will be handed over to the operators, who can
operate this parts of the plant by themselves.
5.5 Acceptance
5.5.1 Only after the signing of the commissioning certificate, the plant can be put into commercial
production. Also the warrantee period will be started after this signing. Then the buyer will have
four weeks for each part to check the performance off the plant.
5.5.2 Within one week after the issue of the commissioning certificate, the the Buyer and GUOLE will
sign the Acceptance Certificate with the final punch-list and schedule as an attachment.

5.5.4 Acceptance procedure

All equipment documents are complete without any missing.
5. 6 Technical support after acceptance
5.6.1 One half years after the acceptance, GUOLE company will according to customers need to send
engineers to supply equipment for training or adjustments.
5.6.2 With two years after acceptance, according to customer's demand, GUOLE will determine
whether or not send experienced engineers for review. He will help to support regular or annual
maintenance and give further training.

6.1.1 Project Management Structure


Day-to-day co-ordination of the project will be the responsibility of the Project
Engineer, who will monitor the performance of each engineering design section. He
will, in addition, monitor the manufacturing programs of GUOLE Process Systems
suppliers / contractors.
The project engineer will be in permanent contact with the GUOLE installation
supervisor team at site to co-ordinate all necessary actions to guide the design of the
installation works. Regular visits will assist these actions.
6.1.2 Mechanical Design
This section covers the design, procurement and engineering of all vessels, pumps,
pipe work and associated mechanical equipment delivered by GUOLE.

6.1.3 Drawings
On completion of the contract, two prints of the process line diagrams will be issued
incorporating all amendments agreed during installation. A revised lay out drawing will
be prepared before installation.
6.1.4 Process Engineering
The programmes for the plant control are designed according to the long lasting
experience of BIHAI. For all programmes a description is made. The pictures for the
control are designed with the software engineer according to the PID scheme.
The engineering price mentioned in our price table is valid for the all components and
engineering works mentioned in this quotation. It is based on a detailed specification.
Changes in execution of this specification will lead to changes in the timetable. If the
engineering period is prolonged due to circumstances GUOLE is not responsible for,
there will be additional costs for engineering.
6.2Documentation
All the documents delivered should be according to the contract.
6.2.1Document delivery after signed contract
①The client must hand over Layout of the whole plant, Building/civil layout of new/existing building
(on disc preferable), Available pressure/ flow rate for utilities and product, Inter phase signals to
BIHAI in one week after contract signing.
②GUOLE must hand over all necessary information as the civil work requirement to new
preprocess workshop, including special foundation, height of the roof, position of the hole to
transfer the equipment in, drainage position, civil requirement for communication cable, to the
client latest in 2 weeks after layout signing by Client.
6.2.2 Document delivery after detail design
①P&D (English/Chinese) is delivery in four weeks after the contract
②Layout (English/Chinese) is delivery in four weeks after the contract.
③Pipe direction of dimension of tanks and platform in scope of the buyer (English/Chinese) is
delivery in 4 weeks after signing P&ID + Layout
④Utility requirements (English/Chinese) is delivery in one month after signing P&ID + Layout

Appendix 8 Training Plan

8.1 Operator Training


8.1.1 The training for operators will take place on site, before or during the commissioning. The plant
needs to confirm the name list of the operators and they will join the commissioning after the
instruction from GUOLE commissioning engineers.
8.1.2 Before or during the commissioning, BGUOLE will also send some experts to the plant give them
some theoretical and basic training for GUOLE plant and equipment not less than 20 hours

8.1.3 Training should be throughout in commission, and should ensure the operator of the
dairy can operate it in-dependently.
