Inbox:
Inbox Inbox screen is loaded by default where users can view the messages received with
Date, Sender’s name and Designation and Message Content.
Click message body,
body the user can view the complete message in a separate pop up window.
This message window shows sender’s and receiver’s name and the complete message. Also
a “Message Chain” link is shown to read the previous conversations regarding that
message. Click reply button, the user can type maximum 1000 words and send it to the
sender. Click close button, the message window will be closed.

The inspection registers are generated in pdf format and can be stored in user’s computer
