Job Description
This role is responsible to drive the growth of your assigned brands through excellent marketing execution. As an

category strategy.

Job Description
This role is responsible for the application of the Area Supply Chain strategy across a market, actively support the
objectives of the Supply Organization.

Working with the commercial functions and the Area Supply Chain team to deliver the growth vision of the
company in a timely and cost-efficient manner, and driving simplification and standardization of products and
processes, you will play a key role in achieving Area plans by utilizing innovative solutions to optimize
performance.

In line with Area plan, implements Organizational Capabilities which will enable the market to deliver on targets,
which include but are not limited to Customer service, integrated warehousing and distribution operations,
optimal freight cost management, selection and management of 3rd party business arrangements for
warehousing, freight, and operations and organizational development and capability.

Leads IMEx customer service, logistics and S&OP functions, sits on and updates the Geography Leadership team
on all matters pertaining to Supply Chain and develops organization capabilities which include a sustainable
pipeline of talent. Directs the recruitment and development of a highly competent, flexible and mobile team,
which delivers talented candidates to the organization world-wide

To supports the development of the Supply Strategy within a market. Works with the Area and IMEx Supply to
deliver with full alignment, drives the leadership team to maintain operational excellence on inventory, pack -fill-
rate, order-fill-rate and customer service targets, while delivering excellent service at an efficient cost as well as
responsible for delivery of the annual performance plan, using clear and well communicated.

Applicant Requirements
• Experience in planning and logistic or customer service is a must.
• Experienced in planning, logistics and customer service (3 areas) would be an added advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Experience in team management and possess strong leadership skill.
• Excellent in spoken and written English is important.

Job Description
This role will focus to drive and execute the overall ecommerce business in your market, with responsibility for
commercial performance of the ecommerce channels, aligned with both e -Business and market business goals
and marketing strategies.

At the same time:


• Provide leadership for ecommerce team in the market
• Budget ownership and management
• Ensure robust plans to drive category / trade business plan across your channels of Amazon, marketplace,
pure players, D2C and Bricks and Clicks
• Work with Supply and Packaging to ensure e-Commerce sales needs are met
• Work with Account Managers to manage customers as key stakeholders and build online distribution for

ecommerce formula (Visits, Conversion, Average Order Value, Repeat Rate, Sales etc.).
• Highly conversant in metrics used to drive online performance, such as advertising ROAS, cost-per-

• Should have independently lead large infrastructure creation projects in the last 2 years.
• Have exposure to manufacturing / engineering operations and project management, including estimation
of Civil Plant and Machinery, Electrical and Utility costs.
• Familiar with software like MS Project, AutoCAD.
• Deep understanding of GMP / Quality / Safety requirements.
• Strong communication, influencing skills, interpersonal and mentoring / coaching skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a large and diverse project team.
