1 Formscal Horizontal formwork

A) Concrete forming
A.1) Quickform - with H20 Timber /
Aluminum griders
The system is ideal for slab forming.
It consists of three main components:
1- Steel Prop
2- Aluminum or H20 Timber Girders
3- Tripod

Quickform system can be used for different slab thicknesses

with various geometries. The system can be dismantled easily by
Iowering the steel prop, tilting and pulling out the Aluminum or
Timber Beams.
Quickform is a system with a few different components, flexible to
adjust to every layout with optimum use of material. The low weight
of the components is an extra advantage of the system.

- Finish: Varnished Yellow.

- Permissible Bending Moment: 5.0 kN-m
- Permissible Shear Force: 11 kN
- E.I (Bending stiffness): 500kNm2
- Support are rounded at the end for damage protection
with red color.
- Web-three layer crosswise laminated solid timber panel.
- Weight: 5 kg per running meter.

The S-150 and T-150 Aluminum Girders can be used as a secondary and primary girders respectively Although, it is
possible to use only one type of these Girders as a secondary and primary at the same time, i.e. same parts can be
used in both directions.

A.2) hifly - table slab Formwork

Hifly Table Slab Formwork is a simple and efficient tool for slab construction.
It is constructed of standard formwork elements that can be used for table
formwork and for general forming and support applications.

The table can be transported, assembled, used, dismantled, and finally stored
quickly and easily. The standard H20 timber girder or the S150 and T150
Aluminum girders can be used as decking elements for the table unit.
The tables can be delivered to the site as completely pre-assembled units or
they can be assembled easily at site location.

B) shoring forming
B.1) sureframe - shoring formwork
The load-bearing frames are economical formwork solutions for bridges and buildings
whenever high loads have to be transferred safely.
The system provides contractors with extremely versatile support systems with more than
60 kN/leg capacity.

load Bearing Frames for any

Shoring
Can be used: Top Telescopic Frames
• For bridge formwork.
• For high floor slabs in industrial structures.
• For heavy floor slabs in the building
construction and civil engineering fields.
• For any desired shoring height.

Frames are: Basic Frames 0.9m

Solid, painted steel frames that can be used
for heavy shoring. Choice of three heights
0.90m, 1.20m and 1.80m with 1.52m frame

with horizontal and diagonal braces that have
height adjustment with millimeter accuracy.

b.2) Deckform - decking slab formwork

Deckform is designed to support a variety of bay sizes with a maximum load of 40 kN on any
supporting leg. For maximum economy, the rapid strike drophead offers the facility for early
striking of the decking system.
When the support plate on the drophead remains in position to support the slab, the decking
beam can be dismantled and reassembled elsewhere to enable greater utilization of the
equipment.
This Deckform is ideally suited for construction of reinforced concrete suspended slabs,
with plywood shuttering, and incorporates the benefits of early striking.
Large grid sizes of up to 2.5 x 1.8m ensures speedy erection and different sizes of primary
and secondary beams can give a range of twelve support modules.
Notching of plywood over the dropheads is eliminated, and standard sizes of plywood can
be used.

A) Panform - Panel Formwork
Panform is a system for efficient concrete construction.

A.1) Steel Panel Formwork

The strong and fast System for the site with crane.
Hot-dip galvanized for heavy duty, 80 kN/m2. With its Steel Panels you
can form any corner. A huge variety of panels and a complete range of
accessories are among the many advantages of this system.
• Concreting up to 3.30m without adding panels.
• Major advantage: up to 3.15m, only 2 anchors are needed.
• Perfect concrete surfaces.

A.2) Aluminum Panel Formwork

Aluminum Panel Formwork is suitable even for the site without crane.
Four hand grips make it easy to move the panels by hand. It is available
with high quality finish, powder coated profiles, easy to clean compatible
with STEEL PANEL.

- Steel Panel and Aluminum Panel can be combined.

B) Solform - Soldier Formwork

This system is designed to cover wide ranges of construction and to withstand the high pressure exerted while pouring
concrete members. The system which is produced in many lengths, can be assembled in combination to suit any heights
of pouring.

Clear unobstructed webs provide for easy fixing of tie systems,

which means infinite flexibility in design. The comprehensive range of
accessories enable the system to assemble rigid structures used for
both temporary and permanent works. The system can be used for
extensive applications, e.g. single or double soldier shuttering system,
inclined support, vertical shoring, horizontal support, supporting beam,
and as space frame.

C) Walform - Waller Formwork

Walform from F O R M S C A L provides an economical, easy and efficient type
of formwork system, using Plywood, H20 or aluminum girders with Waller,
Tie Rods and Double Push Pull Props as support. This system is ideal for Scaffolding tube

Important OSHA Regulations for Scaffolding
OSHA stands for Occupational Safety and Health Administration, a body that developed safety regulations for the construction
industry. OSHA Standard 1926 entails various safety measures in the interest of workers safety from falling objects, tools, equipment
and exposure to hazardous materials.
Scaffolds are moveable devices that allow workers to do manual work above ground level. Scaffolds pose danger to both those
working on them, as well as those below. To minimize risks, OSHA regulates the use of all types of scaffolding, whereby the regulations
are to be followed strictly, including those related to design, training and safe operations.
