Welcome to our personality survey, the purpose of this is to understand you better to find out
how we can complement each other in terms of work styles, and also if we do invite you to
join our team, to collect data points on our high performers over time so that we can find
more of you.

The reports will also be shared with you, it should be quite interesting.

There is 1 survey, and it will take about 20 mins total.

Instructions:

Complete Survey
1. Download Glints Personality Survey google sheet
2. Refer to first sheet “Questionnaire”
3. For every row, put a “1” in the column beside the statement that represents you best.
Please choose only 1 in each row for accurate results.
4. Upon completion, check that all questions are “Okay” and not “Need Answer” in
column F
5. Take a screenshot of the spider graph in the 3rd sheet, make sure it is formatted in a
legible manner. Save it as “[Your name] Personality”
6. Do note that there’s no need to tweak the results at all, if you do so, it will affect the
congruency of the results

a. The completed excel file + a screen shot of the spider graph in the “Graphs”
tab from survey 2

to the hiring manager that invited you to do this test.
