SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, EXPEDITO LINEJAN, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of

Poblacion, Santander, Cebu, Philippines, and by virtue of these presents, DO HEREBY name,
constitute and appoint my daughter, GREFEL JANE P. LINEJAN, likewise of legal age,
Filipino, single and a resident of barangay Poblacion, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, as my true and
lawful Attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the
following acts and deeds:

1. To SELL to any interested buyer for a price agreed upon by my Atty.-in-Fact, and
execute and sign a DEED OF SALE on all my shares and interest over as parcel of
land known as Lot No. 409, Cad Case No. 805-D, C-1, situated in Poblacion,
Santander, Cebu, and the house constructed in the said land which house is declared
under Tax declaration No. 41-0001-00921;

2. To sign any and all document pertinent and relative to this transactions, and to
receive the proceeds of the Sale over the aforementioned parcels of land.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our Attorney-in-fact, full powers and
authority to do and perform each and every act requisite and necessary in order to give full effect
the foregoing authority as fully to all intents and purposes as we might be or could lawfully do, if
personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation and, HEREBY RATIFYING
AND CONFIRMING all that our said Attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue hereof.
