DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, ANNABELLE N. BRINSENSJO, of legal age, filipino, married and a resident of

Sibulan, Negros Oriental, Philippines hereinafter called the vendor and the registered owner of a
certain motor cycle, which is more particularly described as follows:

That for and in consideration of the sum of TWELVE THOUSAND PESOS (Ph
12,000.00), Philippine Currency, in hand paid by the vendee, MARY GRACE LAMANERO,
also of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Magatas, Sibulan, Negros Oriental; and receipt in
full is hereby acknowledged by the vendor herein, to her entire satisfactions and that by virtue of
these presents the vendor does hereby SELL, CONVEY and TRANSFER, by way of Absolute
Sale, all the vendor’s rights, interests and participations over the above-described motorcycle, in
favor of the vendee, her and assigns, free from all liens and encumbrances.

That the vendor warrants his ownership over the said motortcycle and will defend the
rights of the vendees against any adverse claim whatsoever.
