Course Title Sacraments with Emphasis on Christian Marriage


This course in Theology is an introduction to the teachings of the Church basically on liturgy and the seven Sacraments of
the Catholic Church. This will help the students in nurturing their faith experience through learning the fundamental teachings
of the Church regarding the seven sacraments. In addition, this course will also focus on Christian marriage which faces different
crisis and issues. Therefore, this will help the students in understanding marriage not only by its meaning but also its
Course Description responsibilities and purpose.

The primary framework of this course is guided by the translated code of canon law. Thus, this course is intended to college
students, especially those in Catholic institution.

Course Credits 3 units

At the end of the semester, the students must have:

1. Understood the fundamental teachings of the Catholic Church as regards to the seven sacraments of the Church.
