CRITERIA
1. ATTENDANCE: Reports to work when scheduled, arrives and leaves on time, notifies supervisor when absent or change in
schedule occurs.
2. CHARACTER: Displays dependability, trustworthiness, attentiveness, focus, honesty, tenacity, and moral judgment.
3. APPEARANCE: Appropriately in uniform, hair, and personal hygiene aligned with department code.
4. ATTITUDE: Demonstrate positive attitude towards peers and mentors. Exhibit a strong work ethic.
5. PRODUCTIVITY: Follows directions and procedures, safety guidelines, and is a team player.
6. ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS: Demonstrate time management skills, and handles change constructively.
7. COMMUNICATION: Displays appropriate verbal and non-verbal communication such as eye contact, grammar, correct
language, listening, telephone etiquette, body language, syntax.
8. COOPERATION: Supportive of classmates and mentors. Appropriately handles criticism, complains, and conflicts. Maintains
appropriate relationship with mentors. Supervisors and works well in both small and large groups.
9. RESPECT: Is appropriate with cultural/ racial/ gender/ age diversity. Does not engage in mistreatment or harassment of any
kind. Is courteous and cooperative with adults/ supervisors, mentors, and peers.
10. TEAMWORK: Respect the right of others, a team player, cooperative, assertive, displays customer service attitude, seeks
