III. Special terms and condition

1 Contract valid for 3 years
2 Rate apply minimum volume : 50,000 MT
3 Deficit of valume will be charged at penalty rate as agreed by both party
4 Rate apply for maximum 14 Km from point of loading to point of discharge
5 above rate including : Operator, Mining accessories (Radio Rig, patrol light, etc)
6 Above rate including : Repair & Maintenance, Operator benefits and basic training, STNK & KEUR, Insurance
for unit
7 Above Rate exclude : workshop, security, towing unit, cargo insurance, Fuel (for point no 1)
8 Term of Payment : 7-14 days after received invoice
9 Invoice will be issued upon the issued of COA
