Introduction

We Filipinos love to create delicious recipe and

invent new dishes. We are foodies especially in snack,
light meal, and food trip. It’s like we are not satisfied
or contented on what we eat even if we are full. Some of us
Filipinos insist ourselves to eat more especially if the
food that was served is our favorite. We always consider
that eating is a pleasure particularly if we are eating by
hands.

In our country, we have traditional dishes in

different regions wherein foreigners were encouraged to
come back here. One of the most famous traditional dishes
here in the country is empanada that was inspired by the
Spanish empanada, originated from Spain, and was adapted in
Ilocos region. Although, Ilocos has been long well-known
for its delicious foods like pinakbet, longganisa, and
bagnet but one can never miss the fried pastry that litter
the streets of Ilocos, the empanada. It is a typical snack
that is made with wheat flour, and stuffed with meat,
carrots, corn cheese, and peppers. Ilocano empanada is
deep-fried rather than baked.

As days passed by, we came up with a new business

twist because we want a new variety of empanada using a
filling of fish, cabbage, and sprouts than the old recipes.
The legacy of this business is to promote new version of
empanada, the “Afishanada”. We want that every bite of our
costumer is filled with love and pleasure. We also assure
