KRA 2. LEADERSHIP MANAGEMENT
Formulation business/operational strategy consistent with organisational vision, purpose and business objectives; Lead and manage people;
KRA 3. COMMUNICATION WITH INFLUENCE
Communication clearly verbally and in writing and Presentation Representation of the Comcare with credibility and professionalism on financial, business and/or accounting matters
KRA 4. ACHIEVEMENT OF RESULTS
managing financial, business and/or accounting projects, organise information, monitor progress and meet deadlines; provide professional/specialist/technical financial, business and/or accounting expertise and knowledge
KRA 5. BUILDING AND MAINTAINING RELATTIONSHIP
managing the delivery of quality /TIMELY client service; working effectively and making contribution to both the formulation and achievement of team, business and corporate goals. KRA 6. SELF MANAGEMENT Developing innovative and creative approaches to addressing issues and challenges in the work group/business unit/organisation; manage own ongoing learning and development.
KRA 7. Ensure the processing of accurate and timely financial functions
Ensuring timely & accurate entry of Accounts Payable invoices; Banking: transaction entry; Bank Recs, cash receipts report, credit charges and direct debits setups Processing of manual Sales invoices, credit notes, and client refunds Ensuring timely & accurate preparation of GST, FBT, PAYE and companies office requirements.
KRA 8. Preparation of management accounts and their impact on the business
Ensure month end journals, work papers and reconciliations are timely and accurate Preparing the management accounts for the Finance Manager and in line with group expectations Identifying and communication efficiencies with current processes and procedures Business partnering with Leadership Team, Account Management Team, HR. Ensuring that bi monthly catch ups with these partners Adhoc financial reporting as the business requires
KRA 9. Administration Support
Perform other administrative duties as required by company Finance Manager, company Leadership Team in a timely manner Clear communication with staff and clients Ensure efficiency of all admin processes and procedures KRA 10. Ensures compliance with companies values, policies and standards, and ensures compliance will all local statutory requirements. Complies with all local legislative requirements. Adheres to company policies and procedures and the corporate Code of Conduct. Where appropriate keeps up to date with legislative requirements through membership of industry organisations. Ensures personal adherence to workplace health and safety requirements and either addresses or brings to management’s attention when others are in breach of these requirements. Acts in an ethical way when dealing with company assets and other people.
