Science
This course is aligned with the 6th grade NGSS
standards. Coursework will be pulled from
various sources such as Discovery Education,
Supplies Newsela and Stanford’s Learning Through
Performance curriculum.

Each unit will have an essential question that is
closely tied to this overarching question. All units
are project based and will include a culminating
project at the end of each unit.
Student Planners
Your planner must remain with you at all times.
Planner signatures can be given for negative
behaviors, failure to bring a charged

classroom rules or procedures. Three
signatures in one week will result in lunch
detention.
