Rationale In the modern era of intensive competition, it has become the basic need
of each organization to gain and sustain competitive advantage. Now a day, it has
become crucial for organizations to have any distinctive features which may be a
strong cause of its successful survival in the 21st century. The goal of successful
survival and growth however, cannot be achieved by mere good planning or
executive's efforts until and unless such goal is properly communicated and
implemented at all levels of the organization. If we see from each level's
perspective, the role of "employees and personnel" is most prominent
phenomenon because in an organization, the members feeling of belongingness,
professionalism in the workplace, and the way they deal and relate with both
internal and external stakeholders is very important. Schools as academic
organizations charged with developing people and communities are not exempted
to manifest these behaviors

Fortunately, organizations’ professionalism and the way they deal with

others are the two biggest drivers of citizenship behaviors. These are great news
because people can change their attitudes, and improve their work ethics. They
should seek work that they enjoy, people they enjoy working with, and people to
work for who treat others fairly.

It is a common knowledge supportive behavior and good human

relations on the part of our leaders also enhances the willingness of organization
members to help others at work. When leaders help their members, they help
themselves by encouraging a work environment where the “helping culture” can
live, grow, and improve organizational citizenship behavior.
