Dear Public Information Officer:

Under the Right to Information Act 2005,Section 6, I need some information. The
details of the information are as follows

3. Details of Information

BACKGROUND

The Government of Telangana had appointed RBSK (RASTRIYA BAL SWASTHYA

KARYAKRAMAM ) Medical Officers under NHM Scheme through District selection
committee for both wings of MBBS and AYUSH Doctors under contractual basis,
but there is a difference between their remuneration that is, the Medical Officer
allopathy is paid Rs. 33,000 and the Medical Officer Ayush is paid Rs. 22,000.

The working pattern of (Health Screening to the children) and course duration is
same for both the MBBS and AYUSH Medical Officers but the Ayush doctors are
getting low remuneration

In the light of the above details please provide the following information

1. Please provide the total number of Medical Officers for MBBS and AYUSH uner
the RBSK scheme

2. Please provide the remuneration which provided to the Medical Officers for
MBBS and AYUSH under the RBSK scheme and who will declare the remuneration
and what base they decide the differentiation please provide acopy of minuts of
meeting of PIP.)

3. Please give information of yearly enhancement of remuneration to the RBSK

staff and what percentage it will be paid according to PIP

4. Please provide the recorded reasons for not filling up the remaining vacancy
posts with Medical Officers and ANM s and Pharmacists and other staff after
completion of recruitment of one year. Also please provide the tentative date by
when the process will be completed

5. Please provide the tentative timeline for settig up the DEIC centres in all the 31
districts of Telangana. Please state the steps taken by the Government for the
establishment of DEIC Centers in all districts.

6.In this RBSK Scheme AYUSH DOCTORS

oppointed instead of MBBS DOCTORS (in Adilabad district )vacancies Were they
paid same remuneration which paid 33,000 Rupees to MBBS Doctors if not
paying please give information regarding.

7. According to Supreme court Judgement

"equal pay equal salary" is implementing to the NHM contract base employees
please give information in this regarding if yes what steps taken by the goverment
of TELANGANA.

to provide the requested information, I request the PIO to inform me of the
additional fee amount along with the calculations made to arrive at the
amount.
c. As per section 7(8)(iii) and 7(3)(ii) of the RTI Act 2005, I request the PIO to
inform me of the particulars of First Appellate Authority.
