RE: DEDUCTIONS FROM WAGES

I am writing to inform you that no Authorization of Salary Deduction would be presented for the
reasons stated below:

- All amounts are duly paid.

- All shortage from the Cash Variance had been duly paid on the
day/period itself.

The deduction from shortage has already occurred on the period that the former employee was
informed.

This is to inform you that I am no longer authorizing any deduction from my Back pay. Thus,
I believe any further withdrawal would grant unlawful because I have not agreed to any further
deduction in writing.
