2. Grandeur Africa Limited and/or its staff is not involved in sourcing the equipment or materials used for construction. We are available to provide guidance.
3. Grandeur Africa Limited may organise transport for any materials upon request by client at a fee prevalent at that time.
This is not an obligation and is done with full co-operation of the client.
4. The Client is entitled to 2 follow-up visits to monitor on the progress of the project. This visits are agreed upon as described in the contract.
5. The costs quoted here are general costs only. Some of these costs are reduced if someone does possess a greenhouse for example.
6. The labour costs are also agreed upon depending on the scope of work. A previsit is normally done to establish the cost of our Consultation + Training Fees
7. Cement, Sand and ballast is a requirement to fix the stands for the greenhouse. The quantity is determined after assessment of the site.
8. A Nutrient Solution will be required. The usage of such is determined after testing the water at the site by a hydroponic consultant. Cost per Liter is Kshs 400
